Job Summary
A provider of insurance products and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide assistance with developing/mentoring newer claims associates
- Deliver consistent high-quality claims handling results
- Routinely handle more complex claims with minimal manager oversight
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years claims handling experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Must possess strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work with personal computer
- Requires excellent decision making ability
