Job Summary

A customer experience management platform developer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Research Management Platform Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the creation of survey questions and fulfillment of surveys to collect data from third-party vendors
  • Collaborating with internal teams to conduct and capture primary research from clients
  • Conducting secondary research for published reports using industry sources

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, statistics, economics, or engineering
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify marco-economic, industry and technology trends
  • Ability to work with a team and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision and as part of a global research team
