Job Summary
A retailer is in need of a Telecommute Senior Retail Customer Service Manager in Ogden.
Must be able to:
- Develop, manage and coach managers of virtual inbound teams
- Analyze team performance and create action plans to drive improvement
- Identify training gaps and partner with support teams to improve performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of service management experience, with a proven leadership track record
- 2+ years of experience in managing virtual teams of 100+ employees required
- Flexibility with schedule
- Proven ability to close performance gaps
