A retailer is in need of a Telecommute Senior Retail Customer Service Manager in Ogden.

Must be able to:

  • Develop, manage and coach managers of virtual inbound teams
  • Analyze team performance and create action plans to drive improvement
  • Identify training gaps and partner with support teams to improve performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of service management experience, with a proven leadership track record
  • 2+ years of experience in managing virtual teams of 100+ employees required
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
