Job Summary

A department store chain has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Retail Merchandise Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and optimizing critical annual plan & long range planning processes for merchandising while working cross-functionally
• Developing insights and managing communication regarding sales, margin, and inventory performance to senior leaders across the organization
• Engaging with multiple cross functional partners to build and refine integrated long planning processes across the organization

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years finance and business experience
• Ability to manage and optimize critical annual plan & long range planning processes for merchandising while working cross-functionally
• Ability to proactively assess internal and external forces and factors impacting our company
• Ability to develop insights and manage communication regarding sales, margin, and inventory performance to senior leaders across the organization
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
