Job Summary
A health and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Retention CRM Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize data to monitor the performance and health of programs and identify areas for improvement
- Leverage customer and purchase data to make informed decisions to grow our customer base and retain existing customers
- Think of new innovative ways to encourage repeat shopping behaviors and drive subscription purchases
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience developing lifecycle CRM programs
- Deep experience in CRM / ESP platforms, Klaviyo, and Shopify Plus
- Experience developing and executing A/B tests to decrease churn, utilizing email, push and site initiatives
- Experience with marketing B2C subscription products
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
