Job Summary

A health and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Retention CRM Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize data to monitor the performance and health of programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage customer and purchase data to make informed decisions to grow our customer base and retain existing customers
  • Think of new innovative ways to encourage repeat shopping behaviors and drive subscription purchases

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing lifecycle CRM programs
  • Deep experience in CRM / ESP platforms, Klaviyo, and Shopify Plus
  • Experience developing and executing A/B tests to decrease churn, utilizing email, push and site initiatives
  • Experience with marketing B2C subscription products
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
