Job Summary

A communications company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Sales Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Improving and monitoring process/workflow to ensure efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining all aspects of sales compensation database
  • Managing any vendor relationships that support sales compensation infrastructure

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in sales compensation
  • Solid business acumen, understanding of systems and database methods
  • Direct supervisory experience of more than three years
  • Ability to provide appropriate assistance and guidance to staff against time constraints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to balance productivity/efficiency goals against customer service requirements
