Job Summary
A communications company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Sales Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Improving and monitoring process/workflow to ensure efficiency
- Developing and maintaining all aspects of sales compensation database
- Managing any vendor relationships that support sales compensation infrastructure
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in sales compensation
- Solid business acumen, understanding of systems and database methods
- Direct supervisory experience of more than three years
- Ability to provide appropriate assistance and guidance to staff against time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to balance productivity/efficiency goals against customer service requirements
