Job Summary

A member-driven health care company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading team of sales executives (SE’s) responsible for driving revenue growth
  • Building working relationships with regional supplier field sales orgs
  • Developing business sales plans for individual executives on team

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 40% (on average two days or one night per week)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree highly preferred
  • 10 years minimum experience in sales and sales management
  • Comfortable selling and coaching SE’s to sell a solution-based value proposition to decision makers
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
