Job Summary

A cloud technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Sales Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating the business value of solving technology problems using cloud communications technology
  • Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies
  • Documenting the architectural solutions that customers have designed and deployed for internal use

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
  • Four or more years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience including C-level executives
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: web development, mobile development, IP-based telephony and real-time communications
  • Firm understanding of enterprise integration best practices, service oriented architecture and models for sharing IT services across the enterprise
