Job Summary
An online sports publication is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Sales Manager in the Los Angeles Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting and leading face-to-face meetings, video conferences or phone calls with stakeholders
- Building and managing strategic pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Generating sales-ready leads through effective cold and warm outreach
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strategic travel for conferences and meetings with clients and partners
- Ability to find and develop new business opportunities with leading sports and technology brands
- Existing rolodex of C-Level contacts within tech and sports endemic brands that can be immediately applied to generate sales leads
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of senior client and agency contacts
- Experience selling and creating sponsorships across events, web, email, social, video and mobile that include branded content and other creative methods of advertising
- Industry expertise in B2B brand awareness sales with a proven track record of closing six figure sales and generating client growth
