Job Summary

A retail technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Sales Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Strategically partnering with vertical leaders to ensure alignment with teams' critical metrics and goals
Implementing and maintaining business processes that ensure data integrity across various databases
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support the Sales and Merchant Success teams

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst with 5+ years in a relevant role
Bachelor's degree or higher required
Hands-on experience supporting a sales team using Salesforce
Basic knowledge and ability to troubleshoot various marketing automation systems and Salesforce integrations
Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage business, with demonstrated skills leading projects
