Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Daily review and updates of key metrics related to order intake for the entire zone
- Provide analysis and reporting of key zone operational metrics
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to track and develop plans to close gaps, and provide regular progress reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Bachelor Degree required
- 5+ years of leadership experience with proven results
- Significant operations and sales insight with the ability to understand, interpret, and present complex data to a senior management level audience
- Working knowledge of CRM, compensation, reporting, analytics and IT tools
- Experience working in/with large, complex organizations
