Job Summary
A digital device management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning all Amazon US/CA and other assigned accounts and Sales Operations activities
- Investigating and resolving all sales operational issues
- Partner with sales team on short-term demand planning & demand forecast analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years experience in global retail operations
- Understand sales and supply chain operations, inventory management, forecasting, ASNs, EDI, fraud protection, and 3PL management
- Proficiency in advance Excel required
- Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
