Telecommute Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

A suicide prevention service is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Must be able to:

• Apply extensive experience administering Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud in an agile environment
• Monitor our core objects for stagnant, duplicate, and incomplete records, and enforce high-quality data standards
• Mitigate costly mistakes in production by meticulously testing changes across development and test sandboxes

Required Skills:

• Able to work with our product managers, 3rd parties, and internal software engineers
• Ability to ensure data is only accessible at the right time, to the right people
• Will help triage when staff or volunteers experience technical issues with Salesforce
• Able to work on and lead complex Salesforce projects
