Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Synthesizing requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories
  • Performing fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience administering or consulting with Salesforce
  • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and re-engineering
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models
  • Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
