Job Summary

A clinical contract research organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior SAS Programmer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with very large healthcare databases, electronic medical records, claims and registries
  • Providing statistical programming support for assigned projects
  • Focusing on real world data analyses from large databases

Required Skills:

  • Avanced educational degree (MA/MS, PhD, ScD, PharmD, etc.) in a quantitative science
  • 5+ years hands-on professional SAS programming experience
  • Experience with data steps, procedures, SAS/MACRO, SAS/SQL, SAS/GRAPH, and Stats modules
  • 2 years with real world studies using large claims/EMR databases in HEOR or related functions
  • Experience working with Truven/IBM Marketscan data and similar healthcare databases
