Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate the removal of impediments and guide the team on early identification of impediments
  • Support the team and the organization through servant leadership and leading by example
  • Improve Product backlog management and Release planning rigor

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and planning skills
  • 7+ years in IT and/or software development
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Team Coach
  • Clear understanding of Lean-Agile software development methodologies and related best practices
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is required
  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment is required
