Job Summary

An internet technology professional services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Scrummaster.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching, training, and facilitating workshops and off-sites
• Looking for improvements and developing new and innovative ways of working
• Removing any impediments to progress

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years Scrum Master experience in software environments
• Deep Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc)
• Deep knowledge about Agile techniques including - User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc
• Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse personality types.
