Job Summary
A software technology company specializing in the senior care industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Security Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contributing to the development and maturity of company's Security Compliance Program and laying the building blocks of the Risk Management program
- Formalizing the security compliance and risk management functions within the company by working collaboratively with internal teams, SMEs, external customers, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Leading compliance assessments, initiatives and projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management, Security or similar
- Experience leading compliance assessments and certifications, such as HITRUST, NIST and SOC 1/2 etc
- Significant experience in information security, audit, compliance, risk management or related occupation
- Demonstrated understanding and interpreting system (incl. cloud computing platforms), security and audit requirements
- Proven knowledge of security and compliance frameworks and best practices such as NIST, COBIT, HITRUST
- Ability to ensure compliance requirements and best practices are incorporated during the configuration of the Cloud platform
