Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Senior Security Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing content development and management of various security products
- Performing integration and operation of key security products
- Opening, updating, monitoring and closing assigned trouble tickets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to occasionally travel to Herndon, VA (10%)
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Information Technology
- 3-5+ years’ experience managing large scale enterprise firewalls deployments
- Enterprise IDS/IPS experience particularly with SourceFire or TippingPoint
- High level understanding of information security products and technologies
- High level understanding of TCP/IP Routing and Networking knowledge
