A a global commerce services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with clients to formulate processes and procedures
  • Taking ownership of delivery of services for all assigned clients
  • Managing assigned matrixed resources

Required Skills:

  • Limited travel to client's site
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a client facing position
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
  • Experienced in working in an ecommerce application environment
  • Experienced in managing global and matrixed team members
