Job Summary

A document processing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Service Delivery Manager in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategically driving customer requirements and services
  • Supporting, leading and managing client initiatives and requirements throughout the account structure
  • Developing and leading strategy reviews, business reviews and account reviews

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Knowledge of management practices, principles and supervisory techniques
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership managing a large diverse organization
  • Proven experience in achieving financial goals related to revenue and profitability and in managing to a budget
  • Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, or similar programs
  • Profit and Loss experience required
