Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Service Reliability Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Drive testing of reliability and scalability
• Troubleshoot issues with our systems at all levels
• Reduce manual toil through automation

Required Skills:

• Ability for possible traveling/working from remote locations
• At least 10 years of development and/or operations experience
• Several years of demonstrated experience in a large SaaS environment
• Demonstrated practical problem solving, communication and documentation skills
• Proven experience performing root cause analysis and engaging other stakeholders when appropriate
• Experience operating SQL and NoSQL data stores
