Job Summary

A professional services and IT solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior ServiceNow Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Capture and implement customer business requirements
  • Identify solutions for implementation of current and future requirements
  • Design, implement, and deploy enhancements and configuration changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
  • Experience working with web technologies (JavaScript, SOAP)
  • Experience with AngularJS, XML, YAML
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
