Job Summary
A company that provides transaction-based, data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior ServiceNow Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize the software development lifecycle to implement technology solutions that create and enhance applications
- Inspect, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical design, application code, and configuration parameters
- Produce design specifications, including screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, and printed outputs developed for self and others
Qualifications for this position include:
- Six or more years experience configuring and implementing best practices in CSDM/CMDB configuration in support of a new ServiceNow environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Six or more years experience
- Proven skills in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Business Rules, Comparative Analysis, and Data Analysis
- Proven skills in Decision Analysis (DA), Gaps Analysis, Information Systems Analysis, Microsoft Visio, Process Diagrams, and Process Flow
- Ability to convert technical design and specifications into functioning components through the development of application code and configuration
