A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Skilled Nursing Facility Inpatient Care Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing utilization management, utilization review, or concurrent review (telephonic inpatient care management)
- Anticipating customer needs and developing solutions to meet them
- Solving complex problems and develops innovative solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Unrestricted RN license in state of residence
- 3+ years of Managed Care and/or Clinical RN experience
- 2+ years of Utilization Management experience
- Knowledge of MCG (Milliman) Criteria
- Demonstrate a proficiency in computer skills – Windows, IM, Excel (Microsoft Suite), Outlook, clinical platforms
- Ability to adapt at working with a variety of personalities
