Job Summary

A market research company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Social Analyst and Onboarding Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process as they learn how to use our platform
  • Providing technical and consultative support to all clients throughout the onboarding and ramp-up process
  • Working with Professional Services to seamlessly move clients from onboarding into day-to-day execution

Qualifications Include:

  • Expertise of the NetBase platform is a minimum
  • Expertise in implementing basic use-cases
  • Expertise using social media intelligence platforms
  • 4-7 years of experience in social media
  • Currently a practicing social media, digital marketing analyst, planner or marketing communications practitioner
  • BS or BA Degree
