Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Software Content Editor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop story ideas with Content Central colleagues and with internal and external stakeholders
• Help deliver hands-on, how-to content that technology pros find valuable
• Edit articles, from developing story ideas to rigorous line editing of the stories themselves

Qualifications for this position include:

• Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
• Proven editorial judgment and clear editorial vision
• Proven line editing and writing skills
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with virtual teams
• Ability to work in a large company environment, balancing input and priorities from multiple sources
• Experience in web publishing
