Job Summary

A digital gaming marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Software Data Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing high-level strategic direction on team projects,
  • Developing specifications for SQL and NoSQL solutions
  • Engaging technical direction to meet the internal needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume sites
  • Proven success leading, managing and hiring a team of talented engineers
  • Microservice development experience
  • Experience building high-performance distributed systems and data services
  • Strong ability to coach engineers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
