Job Summary
An information technology is seeking a Telecommute Senior Software Developer in Reston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing clean, secure, interface oriented code in java, spark, or python
- Working with Docker, Kubernetes and other automated deployment tools
- Creating tests, documentation and supporting materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related field
- 8 years of relevant experience in software development, with Java being a required language
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to independently use available resources to close knowledge gaps
- Experience with Python or any other similar scripting language
- Experience with Java
