Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Software Development Enterprise Payroll and Human Resource Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close
- Generating and developing new opportunities to increase revenue
- Working with the Manager, Payroll and HR Solutions to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of proven Account Management/Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes
