Job Summary
A reverse mortgage provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Software Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and helping guide the development teams
- Working closely with PMO/BSA to understand user stories prior to refinement
- Enforcing building processes that are fault-tolerant, self-healing, cloud-scalable, resilient, and secure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in building DevOps, Agile, and continuous integration development culture
- A proven track record of successfully leading software and web development projects
- Proven track record of building and delivering quantitative applications that improve operations and generate value
- Proven expertise on system architecture
- Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process, working closely with Solutions Architecture team for optimal design
- Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services
