- Experience in partnering with product managers and engineers to achieve alignment and focus
- Experience designing enterprise business software solutions, digital marketing and agile software development processes
- Familiarity with a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to focus on outcomes and delivering value for both our users and our business
- Ability to partner with product managers and engineers to achieve alignment and focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
