Job Summary

A healthcare software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing hands on technical leadership, participating in architectural decision-making and mentoring junior developers
• Driving new features from design to production release
• Developing elegant, efficient, and test-driven code

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to fly to Madison twice a year
• Five years of full stack software development experience
• Three years of Java development experience with workflow and rules engines, particularly Drools
• Ability to use Git effectively in a group setting
• Experience deploying in IaaS environments, particularly AWS
• Familiarity with Docker, Salt/Chef/Puppet, and other DevOps tooling
