Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing hands on technical leadership, participating in architectural decision-making and mentoring junior developers
- Driving new features from design to production release
- Developing elegant, efficient, and test-driven code
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to fly to Madison twice a year
- Five years of full stack software development experience
- Three years of Java development experience with workflow and rules engines, particularly Drools
- Ability to use Git effectively in a group setting
- Experience deploying in IaaS environments, particularly AWS
- Familiarity with Docker, Salt/Chef/Puppet, and other DevOps tooling
