Job Summary

Computer consultant is seeking a Telecommute Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the overall application which has over 10,000 users
  • Performing maintenance and tuning activities for the WFDSS application
  • Utilizing ArcGIS Desktop Advanced 10.4, ArcCatalog 10.4 and ArcGIS License Manager 10.4

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or demonstrated 4 years’ recent equivalent experience, with a major in a field that provides substantial knowledge useful for managing IT requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing JAVA web based web applications JSF J2EE
  • Java, JSF, Eclipse, SOAP, WSDL, ANT Build scripts, OpenLayers, UNIX/LINUX, Hibernate, Oracle database, Web Programming Skills, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, Web User Interface Design, Software Requirements, Software Development Process, Object-Oriented Design, Software Debugging
  • Experience with the following Tools: ArcGIS 10.4, GeoTools 10.8, JTS Topology Suite, Raphael.js
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
