Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing plugins for diverse subsystems
  • Troubleshooting issues and addressing bugs, requests, and ideas
  • Contributing to other Influxdata open-source projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced developer
  • 5+ years professional development experience in complex software projects
  • Experienced Go developer with a focus on system level software, in networking, and/or backend code
  • Broad knowledge of protocols, technology stacks, APIs
  • Working knowledge of Git (and GitHub)
  • Experience working in open source communities
