Job Summary

A developer of workforce management software is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working both independently and also pairing with other developers.
  • Measuring API and data access performance, and tune services to address performance concerns
  • Participating as a mentor and thought leader to other web developers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years’ experience with Node.js preferred - or a mix of Node.js and experience with other server-side platforms (Ruby, Python, .NET)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
