Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Hire, mentor, nurture and promote engineers at all levels
• Work with product managers and other stakeholders to align on common business goals
• Develop tactical strategies around resource planning, timeline management and task priorities

Qualifications Include:

• BS with 10+ years experience developing software projects through complete release cycles or
• MS with 7+ years of experience developing software projects through complete release cycles
• 5+ years of experience managing people in an engineering organization
• Experience developing cloud native applications using public cloud technology and solutions like AWS, Azure
• Ability and intent to roll up your sleeves to get things done when needed
