Job Summary
A consumer financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Organize work across a variety of business and technical domains, including scoping, prioritization, estimation, delivery, and maintenance
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other engineering teams so that the engineers on your team can spend more time building
- Plan and execute against recruiting goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Remote based employees may occasionally travel to an Affirm office for meetings or team building events
- 4-6 years of software engineering experience and demonstrated ability as an engineering manager
- Ability to delivering business outcomes by leading a high number of multifaceted engineering workstreams
- Passion for working with other teams within product, marketing, and engineering
