Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the delivery and reporting of several Scrum Teams within a Program
- Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to the Scrum Master at the team level
- Establishing program level cadence and driving program level ceremonies
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of IT experience including development, including React / Angular frameworks
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- 2+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
- 2+ years of leading/managing people
- Experience with CA Agile
- 2+ years of experience working on mixed methodology program
