Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a team of Software Engineers
  • Leading the design, development, testing, deployment, and improvement of software
  • Reviewing and providing team with defined Software strategy

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in providing engineering leadership/mentorship to small/medium size engineering teams
  • 5+ years of Agile Delivery experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with teams that leveraged continuous integration, system architecture, or similar
