Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Software Industry Customer Care Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver and implement corrective action plans
  • Conduct team huddles, department meeting presentations, and 1-1s
  • Support the hiring and onboarding efforts for the responsive staff

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with JIRA or other types of project ticketing systems
  • Experience in managing multi-channel inbound call center agents
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with generating and speaking to agent performance reports, and contact center KPIs
  • Bachelor's Degree required
