Job Summary
An IT solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Software Migration Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and document migration / upgrade path for legacy production systems to new platform standards
- Lead a team of engineers on migration and disaster recovery engagements
- Provide internal business or technical leadership as a business service lead
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years experience with migration projects and migration tools
- 6+ years experience with virtualization and storage technologies
- 4+ years experience with disaster recovery planning, assessment, execution, and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required or equivalent experience
