Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Software Sales Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and strategize on best recruiting efforts
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all critical openings, with a focus on AE, SDR & SE hiring
- Manage recruiting coordination through Greenhouse
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience in a SAAS company
- Experience of diversity sourcing and in driving diversity initiatives
- Exposure to working within a tech startup environment and the ability to wear many recruiting hats
- Deep understanding of recruiting for Sales roles at all levels
- Strong track record identifying, engaging, and closing passive senior candidates
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across a dynamic fast-growing organization
