A software- and services-led enterprise provider is in need of a Telecommute Senior Software Technical Account Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing and managing Technology support of our Community Financial Institutions
  • Ensuring optimum use of all core business applications
  • Conducting and/or supervising end-user training and support

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-8 years of technical support experience in a professional work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage knowledge of information technology systems
  • Strong skills in network and computer technology
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Good overall management and organizational abilities
  • Structured approach to problem solving
