Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Software User Experience Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and stewarding a UX strategy to align with Canto’s global product ecosystem
  • Working with product leaders to conduct user-needs discovery and mockup/prototype validation of pre-development concepts
  • Leading a team of UI/UX designers, assigning them to projects with product leads

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Experience Design, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience working in UX, UI design, user research, or related field
  • Experience implementing UX programs from the ground up in a SaaS company
  • Ability to create and implement a UX KPIs program to benchmark the current user experience and measure future/change value
  • Ability to collaborate with current user research resources or personally lead the process
  • Ability to oversee user research and validation methods, analysis, and presentation
