A cloud and on-premise customer engagement solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Solution Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work alongside sales account executives to provide technical and consulting expertise
- Understand the customers' needs and map them to company software and services
- Manage assigned prospects/customer to help progress sales opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in a solutions consultant role
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- 5+ years previous business experience in a consulting, software, or engineering environment
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
- Analytical ability (analyzing and reporting skills)
