Job Summary
Customer experience company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Solution Consultant in Daly City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting all Sales teams, Customer and Partners
- Developing solution design, pricing and sales proposals
- Completing RFP and other technical writing responses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Delivers product and technical presentations across all product aspects
- 5-7 years of call/contact center industry and operations experience
- Strong customer facing presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with little guidance
