Job Summary
A cloud solutions platform is seeking a Telecommute Senior Solution Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage individual contributors, including weekly sync meetings and career development
- Recruit, hire, and development of team members
- Take part in team forecasting meeting to represent technical progress and identify gaps
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel for customer visits and supporting team members (10% < but < 50%)
- Experience in leading small regional teams of field-based solution sales engineers
- Experience speaking with executive sponsors
- Experience participating in sales calls
- Ability to build a solid team culture that attracts and retains talent
