Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Solutions Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, development and enhancement
  • Assisting with technical product configuration and scripting as required
  • Eliciting solution requirements and objectives from clients and stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technology field
  • 10+ years of solutions architecture experience
  • 7+ years of contact center experience
  • Successful track record in best-of-class solutions with a portfolio of strong work examples
