Job Summary

A Christian products company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Solutions Architect in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing the architecture and design of software solutions
  • Assisting engineers in developing software solutions based on defined architecture
  • Ensuring that business solutions have an enterprise and strategic perspective

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related degree
  • 5-10 years experience with JVM based programming languages (Java, Scala, etc.)
  • 2-5 years experience with designing cloud native applications (AWS - EC2, Lambda functions, RDS, Azure)
  • Advanced knowledge of designing and developing APIs (RESTful APIs)
  • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, RDS, DynamoDB)
